International Account Manager
The Account Manager - International will perform a variety of duties focused on managing + developing SharkNinja international distributor business. This role will serve as a lead point of contact for all customer account management matters, inclusive, but not limited to, leading many top + bottom line initiatives, resolving complex customer issues by identifying business improvements, and ensuring proper reporting is in place to drive efficient decision making. Must be able to proactively engage with internal and external business partners across the cross functional teams to ensure successful execution. This role will report directly to the Senior Director of International Account Management.

Duties and Responsibilities
- Drive growth in revenue, gross + net margin through best in class account management
- Work intimately with each account (new + existing) to ensure a multi-channel execution strategy + marketing plan is in place to maximize reach in each category
- Be a champion of the regions to educate the global team about consumers, market dynamics, competition, etc
- Stay closely connected with internal marketing + product development teams to ensure new product roadmap + associated marketing collateral is visible + shared with each account
- Identify product assortment gaps and drive development of new products in collaboration with the corporate Marketing Team.
- Ensure proper pricing strategy and enforcing consistent brand positioning across the region.
- Develop, track, and maintain scorecard for each account to measure business health, and ensure a proper reporting mechanism is in place with corporate/exec team
- Play key role in cross functional execution teams on new product launches in each market, working back with customer on all requirements to ensure timing is met
- Work closely with the Order Management rep, Supply Chain, + Finance teams to ensure proper flow of orders + accounts receivable
- Own forecast creation + reporting process for each respective account.
- Work closely with Legal team to ensure proper contracts are in place to conduct business with our new + existing distributing partners
- Own connections points with internal cross functional support, including but not limited to: Marketing, Quality, Safety/Compliance, Supply Chain, Order Management, + Legal
- Lead Account Management process improvement + development
- Work on Ad-Hoc projects as directed by leadership
Education and Experience
- 5-7 years of proven working experience as a business development manager, sales executive or a relevant role
- Prior experience in sales with consumer products/consumer durables required
- BA/BS degree in Business Administration, Sales or relevant field
- Advanced Microsoft office skills (Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint)
