About the Program

We are looking for students to join us for a new Innovation Internship Program for Summer 2021. Do you spend your time thinking about new ideas, new ways to do things? Do you have an inquisitive nature? Success applicants will collaborate to develop new Products for our 2021 & beyond roadmap. There are several openings – ranging from Robots technology to Innovation in Kitchen appliances. This opportunity is open to Marketing, Engineering, Product Design & Business studies students with an interest in consumer goods.

The Day to Day of the role

· Research & identify relevant consumer trends to take products from proof of concept to mass production

· Contribute ideas to help define innovative solutions to satisfy our global consumers

· Work as part of a cross functional team to originate novel concepts and technologies for our next generation of products

· Gain real world experience by collaborating with our global Engineering and Product Development teams

What we’re looking for

· You are rarely satisfied; you are relentlessly passionate about innovation in consumer goods

· You are naturally positive with an inquisitive nature

· Diversity of thought; you bring a new perspective to the table, your ideas are impactful

Desired Characteristics

· You have completed 2+ years in an undergrad degree program or enrolled in a graduate program

· Your major is Marketing, Engineering, Product Design or Business with an interest in consumer goods, product development

· You are available to work onsite in Needham, MA

· You enjoy working on a team

· You have demonstrated commitment to diversity and inclusion at school or in your community

At the end of the summer, successful interns may receive an offer to join us as a for the following summer or full-time after the completion of their degree.
