We are seeking a Marketing Intern to join our growing communications team for a three-month paid internship (15 - 25 hours / week, January through March of 2026). This role offers an opportunity for a current student or recent graduate eager to apply their writing, creative, and data skills to a mission-driven consulting environment.
As a Marketing Intern, you will gain hands-on experience supporting digital communications, client engagement, and brand strategy initiatives. You will collaborate with our Marketing Specialist to strengthen ATI’s visibility across platforms and audiences.
What You’ll Do- Learn ATI’s voice, style, and brand guidelines to craft engaging and compliant LinkedIn posts and SEO-friendly blog content
- Support the Marketing Specialist and VP of Client Solutions in auditing and updating CRM contact lists
- Help drive the modernization of ATI’s marketing efforts through creative use of today’s leading SEO, automation, and AI-driven marketing tools
- Contribute to website redevelopment efforts, including auditing and organizing archival web content, and helping design and publish blogs in WordPress
- Assist with webinar development and post-production, from planning and promotion to editing and distribution
- Participate in regular marketing meetings, contribute creative ideas, and help streamline team processes
- Automate repetitive marketing tasks using AI or workflow tools
- Current student or recent graduate with a degree in communications, marketing, or a related field
- Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to adapt tone and content for diverse audiences
- Curiosity about emerging AI tools and trends in digital marketing
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to juggle multiple priorities
- Strong communication skills and willingness to collaborate across teams
- Self-starter with a creative and analytical mindset
- Familiarity with link-building strategies and competitive SEO analysis
- Ability to create and optimize SEO-friendly content (blogs, landing pages, metadata)
- Consulting or client-service background.
- Work with large healthcare datasets (e.g., Medicare claims, Medicaid data, commercial claims, encounter data, EHR/clinical data, or CMS public use files), including cleaning, managing, and analyzing large, complex datasets.
- Experience with financial modeling or quantitative research tools.
