SUMMARY The International Content Manager leads the operational execution of international content and audience engagement initiatives designed to grow the New England Patriots' global fan base and strengthen the organization's presence in key international markets. The role is responsible for managing international content operations, and agency and partner deliverables; evaluates market opportunities, analyzes performance data, and provides recommendations to the International Business Senior Manager that influence departmental priorities and business objectives.
This position exercises independent judgement to evaluate emerging trends, establish content and engagement strategies, coordinate cross-functional initiatives, and oversees the successful delivery of international marketing and content programs. Through leadership, strategic planning, and stakeholder collaboration, the International Content Manager helps shape how international audiences experience and engage with the New England Patriots brand while ensuring alignment with organizational goals and long-term growth objectives.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and execute international content and audience engagement strategies that support organizational objectives, strengthen brand affinity, and drive audience growth, engagement, and retention across designated global markets.
- Oversee implementation, localization, distribution, and optimization of digital, social, video, and multimedia content for international audiences, ensuring content aligns with brand standards, market needs, and organizational objectives.
- Manage day-to-day relationships with third-party agencies, corporate partners, international organizations, and other external stakeholders by establishing objectives, coordinating deliverables, resolving issues, evaluating opportunities, and facilitating initiatives that support departmental and organizational priorities.
- Monitor and analyze international market trends, audience insights, emerging platforms, and developments across the global sports landscape to identify opportunities, guide content priorities, and provide strategic recommendations regarding audience engagement and market expansion.
- Manage international content operations and cross-functional initiatives by developing communication plans, coordinating stakeholder participation, maintaining project timelines, establishing publishing priorities, and ensuring projects are completed in accordance with quality, brand, operational, and deadline expectations.
- Evaluate content performance, audience engagement metrics, campaign effectiveness to assess results, identify opportunities for improvement, and provide data-driven insights and recommendations to leadership regarding future strategies and initiatives.
- Manage the performance and development of the International Content Specialist by establishing priorities, assigning projects, monitoring performance, providing coaching and developmental feedback, conducting performance evaluations, supporting talent development activities, and ensuring deliverables align with departmental goals and organizational standards.
- Identify, evaluate, and recommend partnership, sponsorship, and collaboration opportunities for department consideration that enhance international fan engagement, support business objectives, and expand the global reach of the New England Patriots brand.
- Serve as a subject matter resource on international audience engagement and content execution by providing guidance and recommendations to internal stakeholders and leadership on market-specific opportunities, cultural considerations, and emerging trends.
- Special projects and assignments as business dictates.
- Responsible for the maintenance, creation and control of all personally identifiable information or any other information protected by any Confidentiality or Privacy Standards or Company Policies that you have access or knowledge of, including but not limited to any state or federal regulations including HIPAA.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 6+ years of relevant experience in digital media, content strategy, international marketing, audience development, or related fields
- Demonstrated experience developing and executing content or audience engagement strategies that support business objectives.
- Experience managing external agencies, vendors, or strategic partners.
- Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders simultaneously.
- Experience analyzing audience, content, and performance metrics and translating insights into actionable recommendations.
- Experience developing strategic recommendations for leadership based on market trends, business objectives, and performance analytics
- Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholder decision-making and drive organizational initiatives.
- Proven ability to exercise independent judgment and influence decision-making in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and collaborating with diverse stakeholders.
- Prior supervisory, coaching, or team leadership experience preferred.
- Strong relationship management, presentation, and communication skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to travel as needed
- Understanding of NFL rules, history, gameplay, players etc.
- Passion for the intersection of sports and pop culture a plus
- Must be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
