Who are we looking for?
We are seeking a driven internal Recruiter to join our team to lead full-cycle recruitment efforts across our organization. This role will focus primarily on recruiting high velocity hiring needs including Call Center Agents, Account Executives, and Customer Success roles as needed.
As our in-house recruitment specialist, you’ll own the entire recruiting lifecycle — from sourcing to onboarding — and will play a key role in shaping our growing team. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, has hands-on experience with applicant tracking systems (preferably Greenhouse), and is passionate about delivering a seamless and strategic hiring process.
What’s the role about?
Full-Cycle Recruitment:
- Role Alignment: Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and ideal candidate profiles
- Sourcing: Proactively source candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and recruiting platforms
- Screening: Conduct initial resume reviews and phone screenings to assess candidate fit
- Interview Coordination: Schedule and facilitate interview processes across teams and departments
- Candidate Management: Maintain up-to-date candidate records in Greenhouse and ensure timely communication
- Candidate Communication: Deliver an exemplary candidate experience from initial outreach through offer and onboarding
- Hiring and Onboarding: Coordinate with Hiring Managers, HR and IT for a smooth offer process and transition from offer acceptance to onboarding
- Compliance: Ensure employment regulation and company policy compliance
Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Work closely with HR, IT, and Hiring Managers to align recruiting strategy with business needs
- Provide regular updates on recruiting metrics and pipeline status
Tools & Vendor Management:
- Administer and optimize use of our ATS
- Manage relationships with sourcing vendors and job boards
What are the qualifications?
- 3–5 years of recruiting experience, preferably in a high-volume or call center hiring environment
- Proven track record in full cycle recruiting across multiple departments
- Experience using Greenhouse or similar ATS
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple roles and deadlines in a fast-paced setting
- High degree of professionalism, confidentiality, and accountability
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred
