Cyber Future Summer Internship 

Do you want to build a safer digital future? Are you excited to collaborate with global teams and customers to solve real-world cybersecurity challenges? The Cyber Future Summer Internship at Netwrix gives you the opportunity to do exactly that.

This is a hands-on, project-driven program where you will take ownership of meaningful initiatives that improve how Netwrix engages with prospects and customers. From day one, you will be embedded in a team, assigned a clearly defined project, and expected to deliver measurable outcomes by the end of the program.

This is not a shadowing program — you will analyze, optimize, and build, directly impacting outreach effectiveness and conversion across the sales funnel.


Program Dates are 1 June 2026 – 14 August 2026. This is a remote-first role with occasional travel required for team meetings. This is a paid internship.


Position Overview

We’re seeking a creative and detail-oriented Internal Communications Intern to support key employee engagement and employer brand initiatives. This role will help bring our internal stories to life through newsletters, video content, and cross-functional HR projects. It’s an excellent opportunity for someone interested in corporate communications, employer branding, and employee experience.
Key Responsibilities

Internal Communications & Content Creation

  • Support the planning, drafting, and editing of internal newsletters
  • Write and edit employee-focused updates and announcements
  • Capture and edit video interviews featuring employees and leadership
  • Assist with content creation across internal communication channels

 

Employer Brand Initiatives

  • Support projects that strengthen and promote our employer brand
  • Help gather employee stories, testimonials, and engagement content
  • Assist in developing materials that showcase company culture

 

HR & Employee Experience Support

  • Contribute to onboarding communications and materials
  • Support employee engagement initiatives and internal campaigns
  • Assist with employee swag coordination and related communications

 

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, Journalism, HR, or related field
  • Strong writing and editing skills
  • Interest in storytelling, video content, and employee engagement
  • Comfortable interviewing employees and working cross-functionally
  • Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
  • Familiarity with video editing tools or design platforms (e.g., Canva, Adobe, etc.) is a plus
