This is a Boston-based hybrid position with a mix of in-office and remote work.

Key Responsibilities
As an Internal Advisor Consultant, you will:

  • Develop, maintain, and deepen relationships with clients and colleagues 

  • Assist clients in investment selection with a consultative sales process 

  • Partner with senior salesperson to develop a business plan designed to meet goals and objectives

  • Reach out to clients and prospective clients and respond to questions in a knowledgeable, timely fashion

  • Demonstrate an understanding of clients’ business, sales trends and portfolio features 

  • Maintain notes on client interactions and effectively prepare for client calls and meetings

  • Research and communicate industry changes and trends that may impact company or product positioning

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree

  • Proactive and high-energy approach with a strong drive for success

  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong client relationships

  • 1+ years of experience in sales or financial services

  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written

  • Licensing: Series 7 (or SIE plus Series 7 Top-Off) and Series 66 (or Series 63 & 65 combined), or the ability to obtain these within a defined timeframe

Base Pay Salary

The base salary for this role is $60,000 per year. We have a pay-for-performance compensation philosophy. Your initial total compensation may vary based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and geographical work location. In addition, most of our roles are eligible for variable pay in the form of bonus, commissions, and/or long-term incentives depending on the role. We also have a competitive and comprehensive benefits program that supports all aspects of your health and well-being, including but not limited to vacation time, sick time, 401(k), and health, dental and life insurances
