Cast & Crew is seeking a Full-Stack Software Engineering Intern to join the Start+ and MyC&C engineering teams. This role focuses on building user-facing onboarding experiences while contributing to the backend services and data workflows that power those experiences.

What You’ll Do

- Deliver full-stack enhancements across frontend UI, backend services, and data persistence
- Build modern, user-facing workflows using a frontend framework
- Implement backend API changes to support onboarding and account flows
- Work with relational databases and data validation
- Improve automated test coverage across the stack
- Participate in sprint ceremonies and code reviews
- Help triage and resolve bugs

What We’re Looking For

- Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
- Strong foundation in JavaScript/TypeScript and web development
- Familiarity with frontend frameworks and backend API development
- Understanding of databases and SQL fundamentals
- Experience with Git and collaborative development

Nice to Have

- Experience with TypeScript and component libraries
- Exposure to frontend or integration testing tools
- Interest in UX-heavy product development

Compensation is commensurate with various factors including, but not limited to, relevant experience, qualifications, skills, training, licensure, certifications, geographic cost of labor, and other business and organizational needs. Compensation range for candidates in other locations may differ based on the cost of labor in that location. The compensation range for this position is: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour.
