As a Web and Marketing Intern, you'll work closely with our development and marketing teams to implement automation for our marketing tools and maintain and improve our web/e-commerce website.
You’ll support day-to-day website updates, and campaign execution while learning hands-on skills across content, analytics, and experimentation. This role offers hands-on experience in the technical side providing valuable insights into e-commerce operations and web development.
Responsibilities:
Assist in Marketing Automation and lead scoring
Leverage AI to create workflows and automate customer intelligence and web form validations
Support campaign execution across email, landing pages, and on-site promotions, from setup to testing and launch
Track performance metrics (traffic, conversion, AOV) and compile weekly reports with insights and next-step recommendations
Collaborate with the team on A/B testing for user experience improvements
Assist in maintaining and updating our e-commerce platform
Help monitor website analytics and generate reports
Contribute to the implementation of AEO/SEO best practices
Technical documentations and maintaining design documents.
Basic Qualifications:
Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or a related field
Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, Python
Familiarity with e-commerce platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento)
Preferred Qualifications:
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Keen interest in marketing automation and e-commerce
Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git)
