The Total Rewards Team delivers world class programs that recognize employees as consumers with diverse interests and position our company as an employer of choice. Our global team designs and delivers Total Rewards programs, including compensation, benefits, recognition, work/life experience, mobility and health & wellness programs, along with responsibility for integrating Total Rewards programs for M&As. This individual will support Total Rewards/ Benefit programs under direct management.
Experiences/Skills requirements• Strong excel and analytical skills• Financial or compensation experience a plus• Ability to communicate effectively with peers and other stakeholders across business units• Able to operate independently and successfully execute on projects and tasks assigned with minimal oversight• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail • Resourceful, high level of learning curiosity and displays a sense of urgency• Ability to coordinate with partners/consultants and track progress against project deliverables, timelines and budget
