We are opening a new AI Engineering Campus in Austin, which will play a central role in Graphcore's work building the future of AI computing. 

 

Whatyou could be doing as a Knowledge Management Intern? 

You’ll work alongside compliance managers, program leads, and engineers to build a unified knowledge system that connects people, tools, and standards. 

You may: 

  • Create and organize technical documentation and standard operating procedures for lab and datacenter operations. 
  • Build onboarding and safety training modules for new engineers and technicians. 
  • Improve knowledge-sharing systems in Confluence and SharePoint for global collaboration. 
  • Support near-miss and safety reporting frameworks, ensuring visibility and tracking of corrective actions. 

This role provides exposure to operational programs supporting some of the world’s most advanced AI hardware development labs. 

We are looking for individuals who: 

Are currently enrolled and studying towards a Communications, Information Management, Business (or related field) Degree (Bachelors, Masters or PHD students welcome). Candidates with alternative degrees will also be considered if they have relevant experience. 

Qualities that will help your application stand out: 

  • Are skilled at structuring and communicating complex information clearly. 
  • Have strong attention to detail and an interest in technical environments. 
  • Enjoy working with teams across compliance, safety, and engineering disciplines.
