We invite an eager and proactive specialist to join our SRE team and help us offer reliable administrative support to our client, one of the most famous corporations in the world, with over 34,000 stores in 80 markets. Your technical support skills and experience in performing manual and system administration tasks will play a vital role in helping our team tackle complex challenges most effectively and deliver exceptional solutions to the client.

✅ Is that you?

  • 2-3 years of hands-on experience in SRE and/or DevOps roles, directly supporting production environments
  • Upper-Intermediate English level
  • Familiarity with alerting and monitoring systems
  • Comfortable with OS-level tasks on Linux and Windows, including package management, user administration, and troubleshooting
  • Basic understanding of networking fundamentals and common protocols (TCP/IP, UDP, HTTP, SMTP, SNMP, DNS, etc.)
  • Understanding of basic information security principles
  • Understanding of SQL commands and ability to write simple queries
  • Understanding of SDLC, familiar with CI/CD concepts and able to maintain basic pipelines in Azure DevOps
  • Experience with Azure cloud platform, including the ability to provision basic services and resources using Terraform and managing AKS clusters
  • Ability to maintain IT documentation effectively
  • High self-organization and attention to detail
  • Willingness to work a 12-hour daytime shift schedule with 2 days off

Desirable:

  • Basic exposure to AWS or another cloud platform, with a willingness to learn new services.
  • Familiarity with Message Broker

🧩Key responsibilities and your contribution

In this role, your key responsibilities will include providing comprehensive IT administration support to one of our biggest clients while actively contributing to our SRE efforts to ensure the smooth operation of critical systems.

  • Perform a wide range of IT support tasks for the client, assisting them with technical inquiries and resolving/escalating issues promptly
  • Communicate with the client and their team via chats and calls; respond to alerts; report progress to the client and key stakeholders
  • Undertake various SRE responsibilities (system maintenance, incident management, automation, system performance optimization, infrastructure management, etc.)
  • Participate in meetings within the SRE team and in client meetings
  • Help create and maintain relevant IT documentation (alert reports, manuals, etc.)
