Charles River CFO is seeking a seasoned Interim Controller with experience in the non-profit industry.
The part-time role is a 25-30 hour a week commitment for a duration of 4-6 months.
Location: United States. This position is open to U.S.-based candidates residing in the Cambridge and the Greater Boston area
Work Setting: Hybrid - 2 days are required in-office weekly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Close out and finalize the Organization’s FY 2024 financial records
- FY 2026 budget planning and creation
- Cash flow projections and modeling
- Review of monthly expense reports / functional expense line items
- Invoice auditing
- Perform other tasks as assigned
Requirements:
- Prior experience as a Controller or senior finance leader in a non-profit environment.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting and/or Finance or similar.
- Knowledge of Sage Intacct / BILL
