What We Look For in Future Enterprise AE Hires

We regularly seek professionals with:

  • A track record of success selling to large K-12 school districts (10,000+ student enrollment preferred)

  • Experience navigating complex, multi-threaded district sales processes

  • The ability to build and manage executive-level relationships across stakeholder groups

  • Consistent performance in meeting or exceeding sales targets in a long-cycle, strategic sales environment

  • Comfort leading solution-based selling discussions with district administrators, technology leaders, and procurement teams

Experience with EdTech, public sector sales, or consultative SaaS selling is strongly valued.

Who You Are

  • A mission-driven professional with deep familiarity and respect for the K-12 education landscape

  • Motivated by outcomes, district impact, and sustained customer relationships

  • Organized, self-directed, and highly accountable in a remote-first sales environment

  • Curious, collaborative, and skilled at tailoring messages to diverse stakeholders

  • Able to manage CRM systems, sales pipelines, and forecasting with discipline
