As an Intelligence & Strategy Associate, you will analyze media and stakeholders, deliver client reports, refine strategies, and ensure compliance in a fast-paced environment.
Clipbook is seeking a detail-oriented, client-focused Intelligence & Strategy Associate to play a critical role in delivering high-impact, real-time intelligence to enterprise customers across defense, government, and advocacy sectors. In this role, you will support strategic stakeholders with timely, precise analysis that informs decision-making at the highest levels.This role is ideal for candidates with a passion for media intelligence, who thrive in fast-paced, client-service environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Media Intelligence & Stakeholder Analysis: Conduct research into public and private sector stakeholders and real-time media coverage to deliver actionable insights.
- Client-Facing Reporting & Advisory: Own quality control and client-facing delivery of daily dashboards and intelligence reports—ensuring every product meets exacting standards of clarity, precision, and strategic relevance.
- Feedback Integration & Strategy Alignment: Serve as a trusted point of contact for client feedback; help refine reporting strategies to align with evolving enterprise and public affairs goals.
- Workflow Innovation: Support special projects to enhance customer delivery systems—including feedback loops, engagement models, and intelligence workflow improvements.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with internal product, success, and leadership teams to represent the voice of the client, and translate real-world needs into scalable intelligence solutions.
- Security-First Compliance: Ensure all research and delivery complies with relevant classification protocols and information security standards.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Political Science, Intelligence Studies, Public Affairs, Communications, or a related fields
- 1-3 years experience in research, intelligence, media analysis, or stakeholder reporting—preferably in a defense, public affairs, or high-security context.
- Proven experience producing professional-grade client deliverables such as media reports, briefings, or dashboards.
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to synthesize complex information into polished insights.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with an ability to convey clarity and strategic depth.
- Ability to thrive under tight deadlines while juggling multiple priorities in a high-velocity setting.
- High motivation, responsiveness, coachability, and a drive to deliver impact.
Preferred Experience
- Familiarity with public affairs, government, or advocacy communications ecosystems.
- Prior exposure to media intelligence, open-source intelligence (OSINT), or PR analytics.
- Experience working with or supporting stakeholders in the federal government, private industry, or defense. Proficiency with media monitoring tools, dashboards, and stakeholder tracking platforms.
