The integration specialist drives system to system integrations for EvenUp and Case Management System (CMS) platforms. This person will manage setup, configuration and maintenance. They oversee multiple simultaneous customer onboarding projects using agile methodologies (e.g., Kanban, Jira), technical acumen and customer management to ensure timely, accurate and secure connection between EvenUp and our customer case management systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage multiple concurrent customer integration onboarding projects coordinating with customer teams, and EvenUp internal collaborators (Customer Success, Support, Product, Engineering) as needed.

  • Configure and manage API based integrations using a combination of configuration modules and technical skills (SQL/JSON) for data mapping.

  • Develop/refine setup procedures for new and existing integrations as they are developed and come into production.

  • Track customer project status and health, ensuring efficient engagement and delightful customer experience.

  • Lead customer communications for integration onboarding projects.

Qualifications:

  • 5-7 years of experience functional/technical delivering integrations for SaaS or related solution delivery

  • Experience working in and driving an agile process to manage and deliver customer outcomes

  • Technical acumen: SQL, JSON, API server to server integrations; intermediate coding experience a plus

  • Strong customer management, communication, collaboration skills

Nice to have:

  • Integration middleware; orchestration, workflow, technical specifications, process management

  • Applications: familiar with SFDC, JIRA, Confluence, G-Suite, Postman, Workbench, Metabase, Temporal
