At Datex, we know how tough warehouse management can be. We’ve lived it for over 45 years and have made it our mission to make warehouse management as easy as possible with products that are easy to work with and people who are there for our customers.

Datex is a family-owned and operated B2B SaaS company, and we’re growing. Over the past year, we’ve focused on developing and expanding our Revenue Generation team, including Marketing.

We are now looking for a full-time, permanent B2B marketer to join our team as an Integrated Marketing Manager. This role blends demand gen, field marketing and customer programs to drive brand visibility, thought leadership, and lead generation across multiple channels.

You’ll serve as the key link between marketing, BDRs, and sales ensuring alignment and driving integrated execution.

Reporting to the Sr. Director of Marketing, you will also work closely with our Executive team, CSMs, and Product.

*Important - You must reside in the United States or Canada to qualify for this role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and execute event marketing initiatives including trade shows, regional events, webinars, and partner-led engagements.
  • Plan and support customer advocacy initiatives including user group conferences, case studies, testimonial videos, speaking engagements, etc.
  • Create and/or coordinate the production of sales and marketing assets that support your initiatives, such as landing pages, email copy, event materials, and LinkedIn posts.
  • Support the sales team with the assets they need to engage buyers effectively and close deals faster.
  • Support regional demand generation programs designed to engage specific target segments through integrated, multi-channel experiences (webinars, content syndication, podcasts, and more).
  • Willingness to travel to tradeshows and other events as needed.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience collaborating with partners on marketing activities.
  • Experience in developing and hosting successful webinars/podcasts.
  • Excited about using LinkedIn to amplify event impact and increase brand exposure.
  • Great writing and messaging instincts? That’s a big plus.

What Makes You an Ideal Candidate

  • You’re a hands-on marketer who enjoys variety and connecting the dots across teams.
  • You take ownership of your programs and proactively support teammates. You’ll work closely with the Marketing Coordinator on assets and design, and with our Growth Marketing Manager on digital and HubSpot work.
  • You think strategically, execute relentlessly, and pay attention to the details that make the difference.
  • You communicate clearly and collaborate easily, with teammates, partners, and stakeholders alike.
  • You don’t shy away from data; you use it to measure impact, optimize performance, and make smarter decisions.
  • You are comfortable using HubSpot to launch campaigns, send emails and track performance.
  • People genuinely enjoy working with you, because you communicate clearly, you care, and you do what you promise to do.
  • You’re curious about AI tools and use them to streamline workflows and get more done.
  • If you have an entrepreneurial mindset, strong emotional intelligence, and are motivated by the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in a company undergoing transformation, you might be the ideal candidate!
