To create a foundation for AI builders to store and manage their data, making that data persistent, portable, and under their control across apps, providers, and agents.

We are in search of a strategic, creative, and detail-oriented Integrated Marketing Lead to own our B2B social channels and influencer program, run select partner marketing campaigns, shape how the brand shows up at events, and help steer growth marketing across the Walrus Foundation's Global Marketing team.

Responsibilities

Campaigns & Launch Support:

  • Plan and execute social media-led campaigns from concept through measurement.

  • Support partner and product-led launches with coordinated social, influencer, and paid promotion.

  • Assist in the planning, execution, and tracking of integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, paid, influencer, and events.

  • Execute ad-hoc partner and product launches as needed, moving quickly without sacrificing quality.

  • Coordinate with the growth marketing contractor so paid campaigns support key launches and campaigns.

Social Media Management & Content:

  • Explore, evaluate, and manage the brand's entry and presence on new and emerging social platforms.

  • Run social listening to track sentiment, surface trends and conversations, inform content and campaign strategy, and bring community and customer feedback back to Product and other teams.

  • Own daily social management and content creation across all Walrus channels, written for enterprise decision-makers, business press, and credible builders.

  • Build and scale the Walrus YouTube channel by developing a content roadmap, managing uploads, and optimizing content for maximum reach.

  • Build and maintain a formulaic content schedule — a repeatable cadence of content formats and series that keeps channels consistently active.

  • Write and edit compelling social copy tailored to various channels and audiences.

  • Own channel-level voice guidelines so tone stays consistent across LinkedIn, X, YouTube, and other channels.

  • Partner with the Content and Community teams to turn builders' usage of Walrus products into human-centered use-case content.

  • Own the organization, scheduling, and execution of Walrus-hosted X Spaces.

  • Amplify executive communications across social channels, working closely with the Comms and Exec Social teams.

  • Work with the executive ghostwriter on leadership's social presence, advising on content strategy, timing, and engagement.

Influencer Marketing:

  • Build and run a B2B influencer program, identifying and managing relationships with thought leaders and creators to extend campaign reach and credibility.

  • Own paid influencer partnerships with B2B thought leaders, including the program budget, contracts, and day-to-day management of the influencer agency.

  • Coordinate influencer content for campaigns, launches, and events, and measure its impact.

Events:

  • Support the Head of Integrated Marketing on event execution, and get pulled into general event operations as needed.

  • Own how the brand shows up at events, including merch, guerrilla marketing, and influencer activations on-site.

  • Own the brand's digital presence around events, including social activation that drives awareness and attendance before, during, and after each event.

  • Travel to events as needed (approximately 15% travel).

Partner Marketing:

  • Own select partner marketing campaigns with enterprise customers and ecosystem projects, from planning through reporting.

  • Support co-marketing with partners, including joint announcements, customer stories, and case studies.

  • Run partner campaigns across Walrus' owned channels, including social, YouTube, and X Spaces.

  • Work with the Partner Marketing team on partner priorities, timing, and messaging.

Growth Marketing:

  • Help set growth marketing strategy and define how growth marketing works with the rest of the Integrated Marketing team.

  • Work with our growth marketing contractor (about 20 hours per week), who executes and manages day-to-day paid ad operations.

  • Review paid performance and data regularly against pipeline, lead, and developer signup targets, and make sure ads are updated according to best practices and the latest results.

  • Ensure messaging and brand cohesion across all paid campaigns.

Project Management, Collaboration & Communication:

  • Manage marketing projects from conception to completion, working with stakeholders across multiple teams to ensure timely delivery.

  • Maintain project and editorial schedules and track progress to ensure timely delivery of all campaign elements.

  • Build and share AI workflows and tools that speed up content production and campaign execution without lowering quality.

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Design, DevRel, Education, Content, Community, Growth, Product Marketing, Partner Marketing, and Comms, to align marketing efforts with business objectives.

  • Communicate effectively with team members, stakeholders, and external partners to ensure cohesive and consistent messaging.

Qualifications

  • 6 – 9 years of experience in integrated, social, or growth marketing, with demonstrated ownership of B2B brand social channels.

  • Experience running influencer programs, including paid partnerships with B2B thought leaders, agency management, contracts, and budget.

  • Hands-on paid or growth marketing experience, including shaping strategy, reviewing performance against pipeline, lead, and signup targets, and working with agencies or contractors who run day-to-day execution.

  • Experience supporting events, including merch, on-site activations, and guerrilla marketing.

  • Experience running partner or co-marketing campaigns with enterprise customers or ecosystem partners.

  • Proven B2B marketing experience, ideally with enterprise audiences.

  • Experience running social listening and translating insights into content and campaign decisions.

  • Experience supporting executive or leadership communications on social.

  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
