We are a growth optimization agency that partners with mission-driven and high-growth companies to scale through data-driven experimentation. Our expertise spans A/B testing, personalization, paid media, and full-funnel digital strategy—empowering clients to make smarter decisions that drive measurable results.

Our fully remote team of strategists, analysts, engineers, and designers works across industries including eCommerce, fintech, nonprofit, and hospitality. We believe in autonomy, collaboration, and innovation as we help our clients grow smarter and faster.

About the Role

As an Integrated Growth Strategist, you’ll support experimentation and optimization programs that reveal, validate, and scale opportunities tied to meaningful business impact. You’ll own smaller workstreams or simple client lanes with guided independence, building on your channel expertise while starting to connect the dots across the broader customer journey.

You’ll learn to apply experimentation and performance data to inform holistic recommendations that improve acquisition, conversion, retention, and overall customer experience. With a growing foundation in lifecycle marketing, paid media, CRO, and analytics, you'll collaborate closely with specialists across functions to deliver cohesive, high-impact testing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a defined workstream (e.g., paid → landing page testing, email nurture sequences, CRO experiments).
  • Build and manage simple testing roadmaps aligned to client KPIs and business objectives.
  • Translate research findings, customer behavior insights, and performance data into prioritized hypotheses and success metrics.
  • Execute and analyze experiments under guidance—identifying early trends and opportunities.
  • Partner with channel and creative specialists to deliver test variants and coordinated strategies.
  • Present findings with clarity, linking insights to business outcomes and next steps.
  • Apply feedback quickly, documenting learnings for cross-client reuse and program evolution.
What Makes a Great IGS
  • 3-5 years in CRO, paid media, lifecycle marketing, analytics, or related digital roles.
  • Hands-on experience with testing and analytics tools; basic statistical literacy.
  • Understanding of how customer behavior informs experimentation and performance.
  • Clear, concise communicator with developing client-facing confidence.
  • Organized, reliable, and curious about full-funnel growth strategy.
  • Demonstrated ability to partner cross-functionally and act with accountability.
What Motivates You
  • You’re energized by uncovering insights behind customer behavior and performance trends.
  • You enjoy translating data into clear stories that illuminate opportunities.
  • You’re passionate about improving the end-to-end customer journey through experimentation.
  • You thrive in collaborative, fast-paced environments with room to learn and grow.
  • You’re motivated by structured career development and hands-on mentorship.

What you need to know about the Boston Tech Scene

Boston is a powerhouse for technology innovation thanks to world-class research universities like MIT and Harvard and a robust pipeline of venture capital investment. Host to the first telephone call and one of the first general-purpose computers ever put into use, Boston is now a hub for biotechnology, robotics and artificial intelligence — though it’s also home to several B2B software giants. So it’s no surprise that the city consistently ranks among the greatest startup ecosystems in the world.

Key Facts About Boston Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 269,000; 9.4% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Thermo Fisher Scientific, Toast, Klaviyo, HubSpot, DraftKings
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, biotechnology, robotics, software, aerospace
  • Funding Landscape: $15.7 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Summit Partners, Volition Capital, Bain Capital Ventures, MassVentures, Highland Capital Partners
  • Research Centers and Universities: MIT, Harvard University, Boston College, Tufts University, Boston University, Northeastern University, Smithsonian Astrophysical Observatory, National Bureau of Economic Research, Broad Institute, Lowell Center for Space Science & Technology, National Emerging Infectious Diseases Laboratories
