Lendbuzz is looking for a hands-on training leader to help shape how our field sales team learns, grows, and performs. This role is best suited for someone with experience in automotive retail training, dealership sales, F&I, or auto finance.
This is not a traditional L&D role. We are looking for someone who understands dealerships, lender relationships, and how field reps succeed. If you can coach from real-world experience and help new hires ramp quickly, we want to hear from you.
Based at our Boston HQ, this role will lead onboarding and field-readiness training for Account Managers.
What You'll Do
Lead in-person onboarding and training for new sales hires
Coach Account Managers on how to present the Lendbuzz program to dealers
Teach practical skills tied to dealership operations, deal structure, and field execution
Build and improve training materials, role plays, and exercises to reinforce our sales process and drive field readiness
Partner with Sales Leadership and cross-functional teams to align training with business priorities and performance goals
Measure training effectiveness through assessments and feedback, continuously improving learning impact
Maintain program documentation, learning assets, and performance reports to support scalability and consistency
What You Bring
3+ years of experience in automotive retail, dealership sales, F&I, auto finance, or another dealer-facing role.
Strong understanding of dealership operations and the sales process.
Proven success teaching, coaching, and communicating with credibility.
Strong in-person facilitation and presentation skills.
Familiarity with Dealertrack, RouteOne, or similar platforms is a plus.
Prior training, mentoring, or onboarding experience is helpful, but not required.
A collaborative mindset and passion for developing others.
