Working Conditions:
The role is based in a regular office environment, and you can work from home one day a week according to our Hybrid Work Policy.
Education
  • Bachelor's degree in education, Adult Learning or equivalent experience.

Experience
  • 2+ years in instructional design and development to craft engaging content.

Skills & Abilities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Skilled in using digital learning tools for effective design and delivery.
  • Ability to read, write, and speak English clearly.
  • Strong critical thinking and analytical skills.
  • Effective organization and prioritization skills.
  • Clear communication across all levels of management.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Certificate in Instructional Design or Technology.
