- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Skilled in using digital learning tools for effective design and delivery.
- Ability to read, write, and speak English clearly.
- Strong critical thinking and analytical skills.
- Effective organization and prioritization skills.
- Clear communication across all levels of management.
Preferred Qualifications
- Certificate in Instructional Design or Technology.
