About the Role
TeamFicient is looking for an Instructional Designer / Technical Writer to develop repeatable, AI-assisted processes for turning source material and operational knowledge into structured, learner-friendly content — course/module content for the LMS, and SOPs (including short training videos where useful) for internal processes. This is a solo, fixed-scope engagement: you own execution end to end, with IT touchpoints and management check-ins only as needed. You'll submit your own RFQ (proposed approach, timeline, hours, and cost) as part of the process.

Core Responsibilities
Content Development

• Define content/documentation standards and a repeatable development workflow
  

• Convert source material into structured modules, lessons, objectives, and assessments (course content) or step-by-step SOPs with roles, systems, inputs/outputs, and escalation points (process documentation)
  

AI-Assisted Production

• Use AI to accelerate drafting while maintaining human review and quality control
  

• Identify processes that benefit from video walkthroughs and recommend a production workflow
  

Governance

• Develop reusable templates/prompts and establish review, versioning, and update procedures
  

Candidate Qualifications
Must-Haves

• Strong instructional design and/or technical writing experience
  

• Hands-on use of AI/LLM tools for content generation
  

• Ability to interview stakeholders and translate workflows/subject matter into clear, structured content
  

Good to Haves

• Familiarity with Mindsmith, Synthesia, or comparable AI content/video-authoring tools
  

• LMS implementation or documentation-governance experience
