The Role
We are looking for an Instructional Designer, Sales Enablement to design, develop, and scale learning experiences that enable our global sales, solutions, partners and customer-facing teams to succeed in a deeply technical sales motion. This role is a mix of instructional design for sales and technical concepts. You will work at the intersection of sales enablement, technical education, product marketing and learning systems, creating engaging experiences for the entire revenue organization and partners with a focus on translating complex technical concepts into clear, effective learning experiences and owning the structure and health of our learning management ecosystem.
Your Responsibilities will include:
Instructional Design & Content Development
- Design and develop high-impact learning programs for global sales and partner enablement, including onboarding, product training, technical fundamentals, competitive positioning, and role-based skill development
- Apply adult learning theory and instructional design best practices to create engaging, measurable learning experiences (e.g., e-learning, blended learning, workshops, certifications, etc.)
- Partner with Sales Enablement, Product, and Product Marketing teams to translate complex technical concepts into clear, learner-centric content
- Develop assessments, certifications, and learning pathways that reinforce knowledge transfer and sales readiness
Technical Instructional Design
- Create and maintain global technical learning content covering cloud AI infrastructure
- Work with subject-matter experts to ensure technical accuracy while maintaining clarity and usability for sales, pre-sales, partner and Solutions Engineering audiences
- Design learning experiences that support different levels of technical depth (sales, solutions engineering, customer success, partners)
Learning Management System (LMS)
- Serve as the primary LMS subject matter expert and day-to-day administrator, partnering with cross-functional stakeholders who share ownership of the platform including configuration, content structure, user management and reporting
- Establish and maintain scalable learning taxonomies, curricula, and certification frameworks within the LMS
- Monitor learner engagement, completion, and effectiveness through LMS analytics and reporting
- Continuously improve LMS usability, governance, and operational processes
Measurement & Continuous Improvement
- Define learning success metrics in partnership with Sales Enablement and Revenue leadership
- Collect feedback and performance data to iterate on content and programs
- Stay current on instructional design tools, learning technologies, and enablement best practices
We expect you to have:
- 7+ years of experience in instructional design, learning experience design, or sales/technical sales enablement
- Demonstrated experience designing learning for sales or go-to-market teams
- Proven experience in technical instructional design, including working with complex technical subject matter
- Hands-on experience administering and managing a Learning Management System (LMS)
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies (e.g., ADDIE, SAM, Agile learning design)
- Experience with modern authoring tools (e.g., Articulate, Rise, Captivate, or similar)
- Excellent written and visual communication skills
It would be an added bonus if you have:
- Experience in cloud, AI, infrastructure, or enterprise technology ecosystems
- Experience designing certification programs or technical enablement curricula
- Familiarity with sales methodologies and enablement frameworks

Compensation
We offer competitive salaries, ranging from $140k - $185k OTE (On Target Earnings) based on your experience.
