The Instructional Designer will be responsible for editing and designing digital curriculum products within the Kiddom platform as well as editing and designing additional supplemental resources. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that teacher and student-facing content are optimized for our digital platform. You will report directly to the Head of Curriculum.
We’re looking for someone who has a background in K-12 Math teaching, instructional design, project management, and a willingness to collaborate in a team-oriented environment.

- Design and edit interactive questions, digital lessons, and supplemental resources in the Kiddom platform.
- Develop and implement instructional and graphic design protocols aligned to curriculum.
- Review content for quality assurance and support contractor contributions.
- Collaborate with managers and stakeholders to meet project deadlines and goals.
- Align math content to standards and create engaging, student-centered learning experiences.
What we're looking for...
- 3–5 years of K–12 math teaching experience (preferably secondary).
- 3+ years of instructional design experience with a focus on math and technology integration.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects.
- Empathy for educators and a passion for equitable education.
- Creative problem-solving skills; experience with Illustrative Math (IM360) is a plus.
- Proficient in using Generative AI tools to enhance instructional design and content development workflows.
- Experienced with project management platforms such as JIRA and Monday.com to track tasks, timelines, and team collaboration.
- Skilled in Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drive) for creating, organizing, and sharing curriculum and project documentation.
Salary range is dependent on geographic location, prior experience, seniority, and demonstrated role related ability during the interview process.
