Job Summary & Responsibilities

Data Axle is looking for a college level student to work with our Sales team as an intern. This person will help create eLearning training courses, job aids, virtual trainings and resources.

 

Data Axle provides data, applications, and services that help organizations make and save money. Our commitment to accuracy, service and innovation drive customer acquisition, retention, and product enhancement.

 

Responsibilities:

 

  • Partner with Subject Matter Experts to conduct a needs analysis on learning needs
  • Develop effective, clear and concise instruction materials that drive key business objectives.
  • The Intern will use the Learning Management System (LMS) to drive employee development.
  • The Intern will gain experience in LMS admin experience, including course publishing & editing, creating learning paths, reporting and development assignments.
  • This position reports to the Chief Revenue Officer- Data Axle USA and has no direct reports.
  • Use adult learning principles to develop appropriate educational resources.
  • Research innovative approaches and best practices of presenting and delivering training materials.
Preferred Qualifications

 

Qualifications:

 

  • Coursework in training and development, educational technology or instructional design
  • Knowledge with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Creative and innovative
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong time management skills
  • Self-starter and ability to work independently
