This team supports the static data configuration with regard to Wells Fargo's Futures Commission Merchant and Swap Dealer.

They are accountable for execution of all applicable risk programs (Credit, Market, Financial Crimes, Operational, Regulatory Compliance), which includes effectively following and adhering to applicable Wells Fargo policies and procedures, appropriately fulfilling risk and compliance obligations, timely and effective escalation, and remediation of issues, and making sound risk decisions. There is emphasis on proactive monitoring, governance, risk identification and escalation, as well as making sound risk decisions commensurate with the business unit's risk appetite and all risk and compliance program requirements.

In this role, you will:
- Participate in lifecycle support tasks for institutional trade initiatives and identify opportunity for process improvements
- Assist leadership in bringing individual or teams together in order to resolve complex issues
- Assist in client account onboarding, input and monitoring of cash payments, customer service, project support, funding operations, custodial operations, securities settlement services, structured loan operations, general ledger reconciliation, as well as, work to resolve confirmation and ISDA related issue
- Provide subject matter expertise on projects along with internal and industry related initiatives
- Review and analyze functional operational tasks that require research, evaluation, and exercise independent judgment to guide the deliverable
- Present recommendations for resolving complex situations and exercise independent judgement while developing expertise on functions, projects, internal and industry related initiatives
- Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals
- Perform daily pre-established reconciliations ensuring static configuration of systems is up to speed with current system recommendations
- Recommend process improvements based on industry best practices primarily targeting risk mitigation and straight through processing which creates enhanced controls and efficiencies which will develop the performance of the group
- Provide support in both firm wide and operations/team specific projects, inclusive of active participation in UAT testing
- 2+ years of Institutional Investment Operations experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- Solid understanding of the futures markets as well as the bilateral swaps trade lifecycle
- Strong knowledge of bank software, desktop software, email, and Microsoft suite of applications
- Extensive experience with user acceptance testing, regression testing, and production checks
- Experience with data analysis supporting institutional clients
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a deadline driven environment to obtain results
- Dependability, attention to details, high integrity, and the ability to partner well with others
- Demonstrate full knowledge and serve as a lead on complex initiatives in operational and customer service for lifecycle support for institutional trade flow functions as well as support resolution of issues in and out of their responsibility
- Participate in various risk and control framework exercises as well as internal and external audits
- Ability to work a hybrid schedule
- Willingness to work on-site at stated location on the job opening
- Ability to work additional hours as needed
