WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Inside Sales Specialist
The Inside Sales Specialist is responsible for growing the number of Vetsource Partner Practices across all platforms. Team members need to have a comprehensive knowledge of all Vetsource offerings and be able to effectively communicate the Vetsource value proposition in a variety of settings. Your role will be to seek new business opportunities by contacting and developing relationships with potential customers. Our Inside Sales Specialists are responsible for direct-selling industry leading veterinarian solutions targeting veterinary practices.

This is a full-time, remote position.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Qualify leads from marketing campaigns as sales opportunities and assign territory managers when applicable.

  • Identify client needs and suggest appropriate products and services.

  • Foster and maintain close relationships with distributor/industry partners and with internal Vetsource teams to facilitate seamless sales processes.

  • Maintain intimate knowledge of all Vetsource solutions and be able to effectively communicate their value proposition both verbally and in writing.

  • Cultivate positive customer relationships with every interaction, both internal and external.

WHAT YOU BRING

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or related field; or related work experience. Minimum of 1 year of sales experience preferred.

  • Working knowledge of Salesforce or similar CRM.

  • Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively listen and communicate information in a clear, calm, and concise manner.

  • Strong organizational and time management skills with ability to work independently.

  • Must be team-oriented and work well with others.

WORKING CONDITIONS

  • Reliable internet access is required.

  • Sitting/standing at a desk working on a computer for long periods of time.

Pay range (US based applicants): $24.73 - $30.00 / hour + variable compensation plan eligible

Actual compensation packages are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to job-related skills, experience, certifications, relevant education and training, while also considering internal equity.
