THE ROLE: REMOTE OPPORTUNITY!
The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for attaining quota through the sales of new business in the small business segment.
What You Bring:
- 1–2 years of sales experience (inside sales or B2B preferred)
- Strong pipeline management and short-cycle sales skills
- Competitive, results-driven mindset with a positive attitude
- Excellent communication and time management abilities
- Highly organized and solutions-oriented
- Tech-savvy and comfortable using CRM tools
Your Day To Day:
- As an Inside Sales Representative, you’ll be the first point of contact for prospective clients—building relationships, identifying needs, and closing deals that make a difference.
- Managing inbound leads and actively prospecting new business opportunities
- Navigating short sales cycles with confidence and urgency
- Presenting solutions clearly and professionally over the phone
- Maintaining accurate records in our CRM and meeting weekly KPIs
- Managing your sales pipeline across various stages
- Collaborating cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure client success
- Consistently achieving (and exceeding!) monthly sales targets
