Inside Sales Representative – Stoughton, MA

On-site | Full-time

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Inside Sales Representative to join our team in Stoughton, MA. This role is based in our corporate headquarters in Stoughton Ma. The role will be focused on handling inbound customer opportunities generated by our significant investments in lead creation and advertising. The role will represent our initial client experience and must be able to quickly assess their needs, solution the proper service model for the client across our national footprint, assess the best and fasted way to quote the service to the client and finally convert the opportunities into new business with speed, accuracy, and professionalism.

 

This is an excellent opportunity for someone eager to develop greater sales skills, learn the fuel and service business, build strong customer relationships, and grow within a sales-driven organization while working closely with leadership.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer inbound customer calls related to fuel needs, pricing, availability, and service options
  • Solution the best possible service to meet the clients specific needs on the call.
  • Prepare accurate, timely, and customized fuel quotes based on customer needs and usage patterns
  • Actively convert inbound inquiries into new business and expanded customer relationships
  • Work closely with sales leadership to develop product knowledge and pricing strategies
  • Use CRM systems and customer databases daily to track leads, quotes, and customer interactions
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of all sales activity and customer communications
  • Follow up on quotes and leads to drive conversion and customer acquisition
  • Work with field sales team members to engage clients locally who require more in depth contact to develop the opportunity
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new customers

  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, call-driven environment
  • Sales-minded approach with a focus on accuracy, responsiveness, and follow-through
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Comfort using CRM systems and customer data as part of daily workflow
  • Ability to use existing Excel models to solution and price, learn technical product information and tailor solutions to individual customer needs
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently while supporting team goals
