Job Description:
The Inside Sales Manager is responsible for leading the day-to-day execution, productivity, and performance of the Inside Business Development Manager (IBDM) team. Reporting to the Director, Provider Growth Strategies & Inside Sales, this role manages the Inside Business Development Managers and ensures consistent execution of sales processes, operational excellence, and achievement of defined KPIs. This role is highly execution-focused and hands-on, with an emphasis on people leadership, performance management, and operational discipline. The Inside Sales Manager partners closely with the Director to translate strategy into action while maintaining a strong focus on daily team effectiveness and results.
What you’ll do:
Primary Responsibilities:
Coaches and manages the day-to-day operations of the inside sales team.
Conducts regular 1:1 meetings, performance check-ins, and coaching sessions focused on productivity, effectiveness, and KPI attainment.
Monitors individual and team performance and provides timely feedback, guidance, and coaching as needed.
Manages day-to-day people operations, including scheduling, calendar coverage, attendance, PTO tracking, and timekeeping for the workforce.
Partners with Senior IBDMs on employee and customer training needs as well as onboarding of new Inside Business Development Managers.
Supports onboarding, ramp-up, and ongoing reinforcement of sales tools, processes, and expectations for new and existing team members.
Acts as an interim sales representative and supports open territory coverage.
Ensures consistent execution of Inside Sales workflows, best practices, and standards across the team.
Reinforces CRM (Salesforce) usage, documentation standards, and reporting accuracy.
Supports call coaching, quality monitoring, and reinforcement of consultative selling behaviors.
Maintains and updates dashboards, scorecards, and performance reports tracking activity, productivity, and results.
Analyzes performance data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for coaching or process improvement.
Provides regular performance insights and operational updates to the Director, Provider Growth Strategies & Inside Sales.
Serves as the first point of escalation for day-to-day issues impacting productivity, customer engagement, or execution.
Performs other duties as assigned
What you need to know:
Experience/Skills/Education:
Required:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
5+ years of experience in inside sales, business development, or account management.
3+ years of direct people management experience
Demonstrated ability to drive consistent sales execution, performance management, and operational discipline.
Strong coaching skills with experience improving individual and team performance against KPIs.
Proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and performance reporting tools.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Strong organizational, time management, and attention-to-detail skills.
Ability to adapt and perform in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
Desired:
Experience in the beauty or aesthetics landscape.
Prior experience partnering with senior sales leadership to execute strategy at scale

Base Pay: $75,000 - $80,000 per year + commissions
An employee’s pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors, including but not limited to relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, travel requirements, revenue-based metrics, any contractual agreements, and business or organizational needs. The range listed is just one component of Hydrafacial's total rewards package for our employees.
