We’re hiring our first Inside Sales Manager to build and own the inside sales motion at Nourish. This person will play a foundational role in converting inbound provider leads and warming up new markets outside of our core field team’s reach. As thousands of providers express interest in working with Nourish, we need a systems-driven seller who can identify the highest-opportunity leads and build scalable processes to engage them efficiently.
This person will report into Craig Thompson (Head of Sales) and work closely with our Strategy & Ops, Marketing, and Partnerships teams. The goal is to build scalable systems that convert high-potential providers into loyal referral sources.
This role is full-time and open to NYC-based or remote candidates.
Key responsibilities:- Stand up and lead our first-ever inside sales motion
- Prioritize high-intent inbound leads and design systems to qualify at scale
- Leverage automation (e.g., email tools, HeyGen, scheduling workflows) to focus your time on the right providers
- Test communication tactics and funnel design to improve conversion rates
- Partner with RevOps to build smart routing logic and reporting infrastructure
- Work cross-functionally with Marketing and Product to improve the end-to-end provider experience
- Share learnings with leadership and help define how this function scales (e.g., SMB vs. MM vs. Enterprise segmentation)
- You have 5-8 years of inside sales experience, ideally in health-tech or B2B SaaS
- You’ve consistently exceeded quota in a high-volume, provider-facing environment
- You’re systems-oriented and have built tools or workflows to scale yourself
- You thrive in ambiguity and are excited to build a motion from scratch
- You’re comfortable with automation tools and creative outreach (e.g., video, sequenced emails)
- You’re genuinely excited about Nourish’s mission and the impact we’re making in healthcare
