The Inside Sales role entails tele-calling to identify opportunities, conduct research, engage with decision-makers, and support the sales team in meeting targets while building a database and relationships.
This is a remote position.
- Tele-calling expertise Identify & create new opportunities (40-50 outbound calls per day)
- Research & monitor industry publications, corporate websites, social media groups, mainstream news
- Map out target companies, CXOs (Finance Heads, CIO, IT Heads) decision makers and influencers
- Build relationships within target companies
- Execute meaningful and involved questioning to gain full insight into value-chain stage, aims and objectives and current/upcoming challenges
- Work closely with Business Development Reps/Sales Manager to meet quota on opportunities &/or support the team
- Introduction of new modules and functions – up-sell / cross-sell.
- Setting up meetings for Business Development Reps/Sales Manager team post qualification for face to face discussion. Build on the database for UAE, GCC & India region/Use existing database and build over it.
- Accordingly, training will also be provided on how to pitch for the Solution offering in various verticals.
- For India region, the candidate will also be responsible to build profile database and pursue calling.
- Reporting on day to day basis to Sales Head.
