Position Overview

Joyce is seeking an experienced and motivated Inside Sales & Appointment Supervisor to lead, coach, and develop our team of Inside Sales and Appointment Specialists. In this role, you will be responsible for day-to-day supervision of the team while remaining closely connected to the work itself. You will ensure consistent performance, high-quality customer interactions, and a strong pipeline of qualified appointments for our In-Home Sales team.

This position is ideal for a hands-on leader who is passionate about people development, performance coaching, and creating a positive, accountable team culture. You will play a key role in training new team members, refining skills, and helping individuals reach their full potential while supporting overall department goals.

Compensation

This role offers an hourly base rate plus commission and performance incentives.

Compensation Includes:

  • $17- $18 per hour base rate
  • Commission and performance bonuses based on appointments set and lead quality
  • Total earning potential of $25–$30 per hour or more, based on performance

What You’ll Do

·         Supervise, support, and coach Inside Sales and Appointment Specialists to ensure consistent performance

·         Provide ongoing training, feedback, and one-on-one coaching focused on skill development and growth

·         Set clear expectations and hold team members accountable to activity, quality, and appointment-setting goals

·         Make outbound calls to warm leads and handle inbound customer inquiries as needed

·         Engage customers in a professional, friendly, and consultative manner

·         Educate homeowners on Joyce products, services, and value propositions

·         Schedule, confirm, and support high-quality in-home consultation appointments

·         Monitor call quality, customer interactions, and overall appointment performance

·         Identify opportunities for performance improvement, process refinement, and team development

You’ll Be a Good Fit If You Have:

·         Previous experience leading or coaching a sales or customer service team

·         Strong coaching and communication skills with a focus on employee development

·         Ability to motivate, train, and hold others accountable in a positive way
