The ideal candidate has a strong operational mindset, is detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment where cross-functional collaboration is key.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and manage the operational workflows tied to customer renewals, ensuring timely and accurate processing in Salesforce.
- Partner with Customer Success Managers, Account Executives, and other key stakeholders to collect renewal inputs and confirm quoting requirements, pricing, and special terms.
- Generate renewal quotes and documentation in accordance with company policies and customer agreements.
- Identify at-risk renewals and coordinate escalation paths for leadership visibility and support.
- Maintain data accuracy in Salesforce including contract values, renewal stages, and forecast updates.
- Send customer communication around renewals, handle some negotiations and follow up until the renewal is completed.
- Coordinate approvals for non-standard terms with Legal, Finance, and Leadership.
- Process and book renewal, churn, and downgrade orders in the system, ensuring compliance with internal controls.
- Continuously improve renewal operations processes and identify automation or system enhancement opportunities.
- Prepare reports and dashboards to track renewal performance metrics and operational bottlenecks.
- Support audits and internal reviews by maintaining accurate and complete renewal records.
Qualifications:
- 2-4 years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Customer Success, or a related field
- Proficient in Salesforce, CPQ tools, and order processing platforms
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
- Process-oriented with a passion for operational excellence and continuous improvement.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with churn/downgrade workflows and customer retention strategies.
- Working knowledge of contract terms and legal review processes.
- Proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools
