Job Title: Innovation & Consortium Program Manager – Digital Supplier Solutions

About the Role
As the Consortium Program Lead, you will manage a high‑visibility initiative bringing together industry leaders, technology partners, and BSI experts. Your mission: drive innovation, improve risk management and compliance, and create commercial value for the consortium and BSI.
You will act as the connector, strategist, and change leader who turns insights into future‑ready solutions.
What You’ll Lead & Deliver
Lead and govern a multi‑company consortium, fostering effective collaboration, knowledge sharing, and stakeholder alignment.
Drive digital transformation in supplier auditing, utilizing AI, automation, and predictive analytics.
Oversee development of data dashboards and intelligence platforms that elevate supplier transparency and risk management.
Promote adoption of emerging supply chain technologies, such as blockchain for traceability and verification.
Translate external stakeholder insights into actionable business strategies and decisions.
Ensure innovation programs deliver commercial and strategic value for BSI.
Anticipate industry and regulatory trends to future‑proof the consortium’s initiatives.
Prepare and deliver strategic reports for internal and external stakeholders.

What You Bring
5+ years in program management, supplier compliance, or digital transformation
Experience managing multi‑stakeholder collaborations
Strong commercial acumen and strategic mindset
Demonstrated digital transformation leadership
Data‑driven decision-making
Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
Risk and change management expertise
Initiative, resilience, and adaptability
Bachelor’s degree in business, technology, supply chain, or a related field required.
Experience in complex or highly regulated industries
PMP certification
Familiarity with AI/ML technologies
Experience in consortium‑based environments
Understanding of regulatory trends and supplier governance frameworks

The salary for this position can range from $110,250 - 147,000.00 USD annually; actual compensation is based on various factors, including but not limited to the candidate’s competencies, level of experience, education, location, divisional budget, and internal peer compensation comparisons.
