Infusion Operations Associate

About the Role

We’re scaling fast—and need builders. As an Infusion Operations Associate, you’ll help launch, optimize, and grow infusion services across multiple sites. This is a hands-on, high-impact role where you’ll improve workflows, solve problems in real time, and support teams on the ground.

What You’ll Do

  • Launch new clinics and support day-to-day operations
  • Build and improve workflows (referrals, authorizations, billing, patient engagement)
  • Train and onboard new team members; support ongoing development
  • Audit processes to ensure quality, compliance, and consistency
  • Analyze performance data and drive operational improvements
  • Partner cross-functionally to solve problems and scale effectively
  • Step in as needed to cover gaps and keep operations running smoothly

What You Bring

  • 3–5+ years of healthcare experience (infusion strongly preferred)
  • Deep knowledge of intake, reimbursement, and prior auth processes
  • Leadership or mentorship experience
  • Strong organization, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
  • Familiarity with EMR systems and payer requirements
