Position Summary

The Infusion Operations Specialist is responsible for the end-to-end operational execution of infusion service integrations, including new infusion clinic launches, EMR system conversions, and infusion workflow standardization across physician practices.

This is a hands-on, execution-focused role ideal for someone with strong infusion operations experience who enjoys managing complex projects, coordinating cross-functional teams, and bringing new infusion services live with confidence and precision.

Key Responsibilities
  • Execute infusion integrations from pre-go-live through post-launch stabilization

  • Manage integration workplans, timelines, and operational readiness checklists

  • Lead infusion service conversions from legacy EMR systems into WeInfuse, ensuring accuracy and clinical alignment

  • Coordinate with nursing, patient access, revenue cycle, pharmacy, and IT partners

  • Support training readiness and adherence to standardized infusion workflows

  • Identify operational risks and escalate issues to infusion leadership

  • Serve as the subject matter expert in infusion workflows and WeInfuse

  • Travel Requirements: 30-40%

Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in infusion services, specialty pharmacy, or healthcare operations

  • Working knowledge of infusion orders, benefits verification, scheduling, and billing workflows

  • Strong project coordination and organizational skills

  • Ability to operate independently and manage multiple integrations concurrently

  • Experience with WeInfuse, AthenaOne, or infusion technology platforms preferred
