About the Role

Fluidstack is hiring an Infrastructure Procurement Manager to oversee the sourcing and procurement of infrastructure and services essential to our deployment and management of AI infrastructure. You will develop procurement strategies, manage vendor relationships, and ensure timely delivery of infrastructure components to support our rapid growth.

Focus
  • Develop and execute procurement strategies for compute, storage, and networking.

  • Identify and evaluate suppliers, negotiating contracts and terms.

  • Collaborate with engineering teams to forecast infrastructure needs.

  • Monitor supplier performance and manage relationships to ensure quality and reliability.

  • Ensure compliance with procurement policies and procedures.

About You
  • 5+ years of experience in procurement, preferably in HPC or IT environments.

  • Strong negotiation and contract management skills.

  • Established relationships with OEMs (Dell, Supermicro, HPE etc.), networking (NVIDIA, Arista, Juniper, Cisco, etc.), storage (DDN, Weka, VAST, etc.), and VARs.

  • Familiarity with supply chain management and logistics, especially those associated with remote datacenter environments.

  • Excellent analytical and organizational abilities.

  • Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple priorities.
