The IDM System Administrator is a critical member of the NBCU Cyber Security IAM Operations team, responsible for being the face of our customers and providing excellent, world-class customer support. The System Administrator interfaces with all our businesses within NBCUniversal and provides support for Identity and Access Management, Directory Services, and DNS.

Responsibilities
The Systems Administrator position is part of the Identity & Access Management Operations team. You will be responsible for performing the following duties:
- Work collaboratively across NBCU Cyber IAM to help drive operations forward
- Monitor queues and respond to customer requests surrounding the following services:
- Sailpoint and Waveset
- IGA system alerts
- CyberArk and Remediant Operations
- Active Directory and Azure (Entra ID)
- Have a flexible work schedule to be able to rotate shifts to accommodate on-call schedules when needed
- Learn, create, and document SOPs around performing tasks and supporting services
- Support Audit engagements focusing on pulling together reports and remediating findings
- Review Application Monitoring reports and ensure we have adequate response and alerting
- Assist in performing RCAs for system-level support issues and incidents
Qualifications
Requirements:
- The IAM Systems Administrator must have 3 or more years of experience in at least 2 of the following areas: SailPoint, Oracle WaveSet, CyberArk or Remediant
- Active Directory/Entra ID Administration
- IAM System Administration and troubleshooting
- ServiceNow, JIRA, or other similar ticketing systems
- Windows / Linux / Mac Administration and configuration
- Knowledge and understanding of IDPs such as PING, OKTA, Azure
- Basic networking knowledge and troubleshooting
- Basic Knowledge of SQL
Desired Characteristics:
- Scripting experience strongly desired (Python, Bash, etc.)
- Experience managing Web Servers (TomCat, JBoss, Drupal)
- Self-starter
- Fast learner and the ability to understand large, complex infrastructures
