JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Lead the development and execution of Influencer Marketing strategy-based campaigns.

2. Oversee the end-to-end management of influencer campaigns, including influencer selection, outreach, negotiation, contract management, content strategy and performance analysis.

3. Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring a high-level of satisfaction and successful campaign delivery. Proactively engage with clients to understand their business objectives and provide tailored influencer marketing solutions.

4. Support the pitch process for new accounts.

5. Mentor and manage a team of influencer executive, providing guidance on best practices, campaign optimization and leadership support.

6. Stay on top of emerging trends in influencer marketing and the digital landscape in the region, ensuring campaigns are innovative and aligned with the latest industry practices.

7. Develop and present regular performance reports to clients, including key metrics such as audience identification, reach and engagement. Analyze campaigns based on insights to achieve continuous growth results.

8. Work closely with cross-functional teams, including content, media and client services to ensure that influencer content is aligned with campaign goals and client expectations.

9. Ensure that all influencer content adheres to brand guidelines, legal requirements and platform policies. Oversee the creation of campaign briefs, contracts and influencer agreements. Manage interdepartmental management between legal, finance and interco policies.
