The Cato Marketing team is on the hunt for a dynamic, energetic, and independent Influencer Marketing Manager to help drive awareness, engagement, and top-of-funnel momentum for the brand by orchestrating campaigns, content, and influencer strategies that generate industry buzz! This is a high-impact role that is responsible for generating excitement, fostering a strong community around our brand, and ensuring Cato Networks remains at the forefront of the cybersecurity conversation by increasing our share of voice, and reinforcing the company’s position as an innovator and thought leader.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and run influencer and creator programs across diverse social media channels, podcasts, newsletters, and cybersecurity communities. 
  • Develop relationships with CISOs, CIOs and technical practitioners, and respected cybersecurity voices to elevate Cato’s credibility and reach.
  • Manage end-to-end influencer operations: sourcing, contracting, briefing, reviewing deliverables, and refining program workflows.
  • Partner with relevant departments and partners to produce timely, authoritative content around industry developments and breaking security news.
  • Support integrated brand initiatives and co-marketing with ecosystem partners, events, and analyst channels.
  • Own influencers impact measurement and optimization—define KPIs, track reach, share of voice, sentiment, and cross-channel visibility driven by influencer activity, report insights. 

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in influencer marketing, brand marketing, communications, or growth marketing in cybersecurity or B2B tech/SaaS- Must 
  • Strong understanding of cybersecurity and technology audiences.
  • High-level storytelling skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into accessible, resonant content.
  • Data-minded approach to evaluating brand visibility and influencer performance—comfortable building reporting cadences and optimizing based on insights.
  • Creative, agile. independent, and effective in a fast-moving environment where clarity, ownership, and precision matter.
  • Proven ability to collaborate with global teams across multiple time zones, maintaining tight coordination and responsiveness. 
A reasonable estimate of the total compensation for this role, at the time of posting, is $175,000 - $210,000. Cato operates from a high place of trust and transparency; we are happy to state the pay range for our open roles to best align with your needs. Exact compensation may vary based on skill set, experience, location, training, and certifications. If your requirements fall outside of this range, you are still welcome to apply.
