Supports day-to-day influencer marketing operations by tracking campaign performance, revenue, commissions, budgets, deliverables, deadlines, and contracted obligations. Manages product seeding and PR box logistics, maintains campaign calendars and workflows, coordinates cross-functional activities, and leads team calls with agendas. The role requires strong organization, communication, administrative, and project coordination skills in a fast-paced remote environment.
We are looking for a full-time Influencer Marketing Coordinator to support the day-to-day operations of our growing influencer program. This position will report to the Influencer Marketing Manager and is responsible for keeping the program running smoothly including managing campaign logistics, tracking deliverables, maintaining systems, reporting on performance, and coordinating across teams. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, is highly organized and detail-oriented, and has a strong ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
Primary Duties & Responsibilities- Measure campaign data (revenue, impressions, CPM & IMV), and track and report on revenue and commission for Influencer Marketing Team.
- Update and manage the team’s budget for product seeding and monthly campaign cost.
- Oversee the PR box process from start to finish, including shipment lists, kitting instructions, and overall process management.
- Manage team deadlines and workflows using Monday.com.
- Track and manage sponsored content deliverables, ensuring partners meet posting requirements, campaign deadlines, and contracted obligations.
- Manage and maintain the team's campaign and marketing calendar.
- Lead team calls and create agendas to ensure meetings are productive and aligned on priorities.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented problem solver with strong administrative skills and the ability to work cross-functionally across multiple teams.
- Experience (at least 2 years preferred, but not required) running a successful influencer program in a professional setting.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Able to work independently and collaboratively with a team.
- Experience using the platform GRIN and CreatorIQ is a plus.
- Full-time availability, Monday-Friday.
Salary: $65,000 annually
