We are seeking a high-energy, results-driven Influencer Marketing Assistant

The Influencer Marketing Assistant supports the day-to-day execution of influencer campaigns — from initial outreach and negotiation to managing scouts and ensuring smooth communication across all stages of collaboration. This role requires strong organizational abilities, solid communication and negotiation skills, and a deep understanding of social media trends and creator dynamics.

What You'll do:
  • Initial Outreach & Negotiation: Initiate contact with influencers, introduce collaboration opportunities, and handle early-stage negotiations around deliverables, pricing, and timelines while maintaining professionalism and empathy.

  • Scout Management: Coordinate and supervise scouts who identify potential influencers for upcoming campaigns. Review submissions, give feedback, and ensure proposed creators meet campaign quality standards.

  • Influencer Screening: Evaluate influencer profiles for content relevance, audience authenticity, engagement rates, and platform fit.

  • Reporting & Feedback: Summarize campaign performance, influencer response rates, and outreach metrics for the influencer marketing manager.

What we look for:
  • 2+ years of experience in influencer marketing, including hands-on outreach, negotiations, and campaign launches in the US & UK markets.

  • Ability to manage several influencer activations at once.

  • Strong negotiation skills to secure high-value partnerships.

  • A data-friendly mindset, able to review metrics, set sensible budgets, and spot any red flags in creator profiles.

  • Positive energy and a can-do attitude, comfortable working in a fast-paced, growing environment with a solid workload.

  • Great communication and relationship-building skills.

  • Understanding of social media algorithms and key influencer marketing metrics.

  • Experience in health & wellness products and strong familiarity with the US and UK influencer space is a bonus.

Perks and Benefits:
  • Open-minded teams, a welcoming and inclusive company culture, plus the opportunity to make a real difference with a game-changing health tech product;

  • A competitive salary based on your unique expertise, skillset, and impact on the product;

  • Flexible hours. We focus on your results, not how long you spend at your desk.

What you need to know about the Boston Tech Scene

Boston is a powerhouse for technology innovation thanks to world-class research universities like MIT and Harvard and a robust pipeline of venture capital investment. Host to the first telephone call and one of the first general-purpose computers ever put into use, Boston is now a hub for biotechnology, robotics and artificial intelligence — though it’s also home to several B2B software giants. So it’s no surprise that the city consistently ranks among the greatest startup ecosystems in the world.

Key Facts About Boston Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 269,000; 9.4% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Thermo Fisher Scientific, Toast, Klaviyo, HubSpot, DraftKings
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, biotechnology, robotics, software, aerospace
  • Funding Landscape: $15.7 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Summit Partners, Volition Capital, Bain Capital Ventures, MassVentures, Highland Capital Partners
  • Research Centers and Universities: MIT, Harvard University, Boston College, Tufts University, Boston University, Northeastern University, Smithsonian Astrophysical Observatory, National Bureau of Economic Research, Broad Institute, Lowell Center for Space Science & Technology, National Emerging Infectious Diseases Laboratories
