  • A strong communicator who can align senior stakeholders, hold cross-functional partners accountable, and operate with low ego across teams

  • Self-directed, proactive, and high-energy — you don't wait to be told what the next thing is, and you bring your best when event seasons get intense

  • Genuinely excited about Lovable and what it can do — being a credible, enthusiastic face of the product at events is a core part of this role

AI Fluency — this one isn't optional
We expect this person to have a genuine, demonstrated relationship with AI tools. We're an AI-native company building for people who want to build with AI, and we hire people who embody that.
What You'll Do

  • Own the full lifecycle of event sponsorships: evaluation, negotiation, contracting, and execution

  • Determine the right level of presence for each event — booth, speaking slot, co-branded activation, or strategic dinner

  • Own executive meeting programs including securing meeting space and calendar coordination with EAs and Chiefs of Staff

  • Serve as the central orchestrator across Product Marketing, Creative & Brand, Sales, Customer Success, and Partnerships — setting staffing plans, briefing attendees, and coordinating logistics end-to-end

  • Own the B2B industry event budget, tracking, and ROI measurement framework including lead tracking and pipeline influenced

  • Partner with Creative & Brand to develop all event assets: booth design, signage, swag, and digital materials — setting the brief, holding the quality bar, and ensuring everything is on-brand and on-time

  • Drive pre-event awareness and attendance in partnership with Growth and Demand Gen
