TL;DR: We're hiring a senior Industry Events Lead to own Lovable's global B2B event strategy from end to end — determining where we show up, how we show up, and whether it drives meaningful pipeline and brand impact. This is a strategic and executional role that will directly shape how the world's most important B2B audiences experience Lovable.

What We're Looking For
8+ years in industry events, field marketing, or experiential event formats in a B2B environment, with a proven track record of driving outcomes, not just managing logistics
Experience owning significant event budgets, vendor relationships, and sponsorship lifecycles from evaluation through execution
Strong background in executive programs, high-touch field activations, and measuring event-sourced and event-influenced pipeline with rigor
Exceptionally organized with a high tolerance for complexity and ambiguity; equally comfortable setting annual strategy and solving problems on-site the day of
A strong communicator who can align senior stakeholders, hold cross-functional partners accountable, and operate with low ego across teams
Self-directed, proactive, and high-energy — you don't wait to be told what the next thing is, and you bring your best when event seasons get intense
Genuinely excited about Lovable and what it can do — being a credible, enthusiastic face of the product at events is a core part of this role
AI Fluency — this one isn't optional
We expect this person to have a genuine, demonstrated relationship with AI tools. You should be able to walk into an interview and tell us specifically how AI has changed the way you work: how you plan, how you research, how you create, how you move faster. What You'll Do
Evaluate, prioritize, and make the call on which conferences, summits, and industry gatherings Lovable attends, sponsors, or activates
Own the full lifecycle of event sponsorships: evaluation, negotiation, contracting, and execution
Determine the right level of presence for each event — booth, speaking slot, co-branded activation, or strategic dinner
Own executive meeting programs including securing meeting space and calendar coordination with EAs and Chiefs of Staff
Serve as the central orchestrator across Product Marketing, Creative & Brand, Sales, Customer Success, and Partnerships — setting staffing plans, briefing attendees, and coordinating logistics end-to-end
Own the B2B industry event budget, tracking, and ROI measurement framework including lead tracking and pipeline influenced
Partner with Creative & Brand to develop all event assets: booth design, signage, swag, and digital materials — setting the brief, holding the quality bar, and ensuring everything is on-brand and on-time
Drive pre-event awareness and attendance in partnership with Growth and Demand Gen
