Your Responsibilities
As an Industrial Robotics, Programmer with John Deere Waterloo Works, located in Waterloo, IA you will assist in the innovation/development, integration and support of current and future automated manufacturing systems. In addition you will:• Proficient in the following software programs: FANUC TPP, Roboguide• Support day to day operations & Continuous Improvement initiatives• Work closely with manufacturing engineers, supervisors and wage personnel

What Skills You Need

• Knowledge of robot programming (preferably FANUC)
• Knowledge of industrial machine vision systems (2D and/or 3D)
• Proficiency with Microsoft office programs
• Strong communication skills

What Makes You Stand Out

• 2D and 3D vision system experience
• Experience programming Allen Bradley HMI's/PLC's (RSLogix)
• Controls engineering (electrical and pneumatic)
• Experience performing and analyzing FMEA's

Education
Ideally you will have a degree or equivalent related work experience in the following:

• Bachelor's degree in Robotics, Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a closely related field
  OR
• Associate's degree in a relevant discipline combined with equivalent professional experience and a recognized robotics certification
