Role Summary:
The Inbound Sales Executive is responsible for handling inbound merchant leads and guiding them through every step of the onboarding process. From lead qualification to account activation, the role requires strong communication, attention to detail, and timely coordination with internal teams.

(Some of) What you will be doing:

  • Contact inbound leads via CRM and assess their readiness for onboarding
  • Collect and verify all required merchant documents (CR, trade license, IBAN certificate, etc.)
  • Support merchants through the contract signing process
  • Assist in gathering product details, images, logos, and business information
  • Ensure accurate and timely updates within the CRM system
  • Follow up to ensure merchants go live on the app within the set SLA
  • Meet individual KPIs for the number of onboarded brands and response rate
  • Collaborate with interna teams as such PSC and Content to ensure a smooth handover.
