The Import Analyst develops import processes for tools and materials, ensuring customs compliance and managing shipments and invoicing, focusing on AOG demands.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
- The Import Analyst is responsible for developing activities related to the import processes of tools, materials in general, aircraft, parts and pieces, ensuring compliance with customs regulations and the requirements of the AEO (Authorized Economic Operator) Program. Assist in monitoring shipments, arranging customs clearance with cargo agents and customs brokers, invoicing national and international suppliers and ensuring the prioritization of critical demands, such as AOG (Aircraft on Ground), with a focus on aircraft availability, service within established deadlines and optimization of operating costs.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics or related field;
- Previous experience in the Supply Chain area;
- Knowledge of Foreign Trade operations (Customs regime, Temporary admissions, Import, Export);
- Knowledge of the AEO Program;
- Knowledge of Leasing and international exchange operations;
- Knowledge of aircraft parts and aeronautical materials and the AOG Regime;
- Advanced English knowledge;
