As an Implementation Specialist at TRACTIAN, you will focus on understanding client needs, designing innovative solutions, and leading the implementation of maintenance management systems. Your role requires a combination of technical expertise, project management, and collaboration to ensure deliverables align with client expectations and drive positive business impact.
- Conduct discovery sessions to understand client goals and operational needs, translating them into actionable specifications and optimized workflows.
- Lead end-to-end implementation projects, ensuring timely delivery, resource alignment, and quality standards while maintaining open communication to align stakeholder expectations.
- Develop and manage project plans with key milestones, risk mitigation strategies, and clear deliverables, providing regular updates and adapting plans as needed.
- Configure and deploy asset and maintenance management solutions (CMMS/EAM), including enterprise system integrations via APIs to ensure seamless data flow.
- Perform rigorous testing to validate solution effectiveness and compliance while collaborating with technical teams to resolve challenges and implement best practices.
- Deliver hands-on training and develop materials to drive user adoption and empower clients.
- Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting issues, and driving continuous improvements based on client feedback to enhance performance and satisfaction.
- Partner with customer success teams to ensure long-term retention and maximize value for clients.
- Certification in project management (e.g., PMP) or maintenance/reliability (e.g., CMRP, CAMA), with proven experience in cloud-based CMMS/EAM platforms, system configurations, and integrations.
- Strong understanding of Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma principles to drive process improvements and efficiency.
- Experience with SAP PM/MM integration.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills to work collaboratively with clients and internal teams.
- Proficiency in API-based integrations, data management practices, and developing user-friendly documentation.
- Willingness to travel as needed to support implementation projects and client needs.
