You will work directly with Onboarding Specialists and various operations teams to support onboarding clients to CB products and services. You will learn crucial project management skills through mentorship from senior project managers, explore innovative ideas for process improvements, and discover the world of treasury and cash management globally.

Job responsibilities
- Prepares client engagement materials (e.g. project plans, meeting minutes, agendas) and creates a shared master tracker for VP global mandates
- Updates the implementation target dates and comments based on one-on-one meetings with VP International Onboarding Specialists
- Collaborates with the international coverage teams on behalf of the VP being supported to establish clear implementation details
- Begins learning and assists VPs with implementing core treasury products
- Explores creative/innovative ways to further enhance the VP project support process to optimize efficiencies
- Utilizes creative problem solving and solid decision-making abilities to deliver business driven results
Required qualifications, capabilities and skills
- Ability to soundly execute quantitative and qualitative analysis, draw salient conclusions and present information in a concise and effective manner
- Strong organizational skills both personally and across the working team to meet deadlines in a fast paced environment (time management and attention to detail)
- Strong interactive personal and communication skills and ability to influence others for positive results
- Ability to take ownership, manage through conflict and mobilize internal resources
