Job Summary:

The Sr. Implementation Project Manager is responsible for the end-to-end delivery of complex deployments for large, often multi-stakeholder enterprise organizations in a regulated financial services environment. They coordinate cross-functional teams - including Product, Engineering, Compliance, Customer Care, and client stakeholders - to plan, execute, and successfully launch the Alviere Solutions as part of our clients' product launches on time and within scope. This role is responsible for defining project plans, managing timelines and risks, aligning business and technical requirements, and coordinating deliverables internally and externally. Acting as the primary point of contact for clients, they drive clear communication and oversee change management, while continuously improving implementation processes and customer experience.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to: 

  • Leads multiple strategic and operational projects from inception and analysis through implementation to go-live and stabilization.
  • Identifies and manages project dependencies and critical paths. This requires the ability to connect cross dependencies across multiple projects and functions to keep project workflow progressing.
  • Sets and continually manages project expectations with team members and other stakeholders. Coaches, mentors, motivates, and supervises project team members and contractors, and influences them to take positive action and accountability for their assigned work.
  • Creates and manages the implementation of cross functional project plans which coordinate cross functional SME teams.
  • Manages deliverables, performing project reviews and ensuring project management best practices take place for all engagements.
  • Facilitates and makes complex decisions and recommendations using a high degree of initiative and independent judgment.
  • Manages project documentation, status reporting, and risk awareness.
  • Communicates project effort, progress, achievements, problems and failures on a timely basis to senior leadership.

A successful Implementation Project Manager will have the following:

  • 6+ years of experience in a project manager role in in fintech, payments, banking technology, or regulated SaaS
  • Experience working with financial institutions and enterprise clients
  • Expertise with the Atlassian suite of products, including Confluence and Jira, and project management tools including Smartsheets
  • Experience managing complicated, long running, and often ambitious projects
  • Proven ability to manage multiple clients and priorities simultaneously
  • Comfort working with technical, operational, business, and compliance stakeholders
  • Familiarity with APIs, data integrations, or platform-based products
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • PMP, CSM, or similar certification a plus

In accordance with the Colorado Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, the expected salary range for this position is $130,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year. Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, skills, and location. This position is eligible for Company bonus and equity. Benefits include: Medical, dental, and vision insurances, unlimited paid time off, 401k plan w/company match.
